Job summary

SeamlessMD, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a detail‑oriented Software Test Engineer to ensure quality across patient apps (iOS/Android), web, and CMS platforms. You’ll split time between manual testing and automation, collaborating with engineering and clinical teams to guarantee safe, reliable digital care experiences.

You’ll design test plans, execute cases, and drive defect tracking, with opportunities to grow automation using Cypress and Maestro.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Demonstrated experience in manual testing methodologies and test case design.
• Experience with test automation (Cypress preferred; Selenium/Playwright/Jest acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Drive manual testing for web and mobile apps and CMS updates to ensure high quality and patient safety.
• Design, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts across web, mobile, and CMS platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira; contribute to automation and coverage expansion for critical workflows.
