A leading security service provider in Nova Scotia seeks a Regional Site Supervisor to oversee operations at multiple healthcare sites. Responsible for daily supervision, communication with management, and ensuring security protocols are met. Ideal candidates must have supervisory skills and a High School Diploma. Position Details:
Position: Regional Site Supervisor
Site: Yarmouth Regional Hospital, Digby General Hospital, Annapolis Community Health Centre (Annapolis Royal), & Roseway Hospital (Shelburne). Must be able to travel between the three locations.
Overtime: After 48 hours
Hours: Monday - Friday, 0800 - 16:00 (subject to change)
Payrate: $24.50

The Site Supervisor is tasked with running the site and the operations of the site to the specifications laid out by the Client Service Manager (CSM), the client and the policies and procedures of Paladin Security. The Site Supervisor is also to foster a safe and energetic work environment for their team and to ensure their own duties and objectives are fulfilled.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and monitoring of all security related duties for their Site. They are to ensure that all security operations are adhered to and that policies and procedures of both the client and Paladin Security Group are followed. You are responsible for all aspects of Paladin’s day to day business at your site; you are the frontline representative and extension of the Paladin Management Team.
As a Paladin Supervisor you’re expected to assist with the continued development of all officers working at your site as well as the enforcement and development of new and existing policies and procedures. You should ensure that all paperwork (ex. Daily reports, Incident Reports, Vacation Requests, etc.) is completed in full and to the standards expected by Paladin and our Clients. You are expected to investigate all issues/complaints brought forward to you and pass those findings on to the rest of the Paladin Management Team.
In the most basic terms, a Paladin Supervisor will work closely with their assigned Client Service Manager to ensure that all of the needs of the Client are being met and that the security department at their site is running in the most effective manner possible.
