VON Canada is hiring a Client Service Associate (CSA) to coordinate nursing and home support visits with our clients using scheduling software and digital tools. You will ensure smooth operations, excellent communication, and high-quality care in a home-based setting.

The role emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with focus on continuity of care, scheduling accuracy, and teamwork to meet daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications

• University or college education preferred; high school diploma required.
• Office Administration or Medical Terminology certificates are assets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and database management.
• Experience in logistics or scheduling environments, AlayaCare is a plus.
• Healthcare experience and contact center background are assets.
• Current Criminal Records Check required.

Responsibilities

• Assign visits to nurses and home support workers by geography and client needs.
• Manage referrals, updates, and answer phone inquiries from clients and providers.
• Handle scheduling with daily adjustments for illnesses, cancellations and admissions.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain adequate staffing levels daily.
• Protect confidential information about clients and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
