Qualifications

  • Three years of relevant project management experience or similar
  • Experience in healthcare is an asset
  • PMP designation is an asset
  • Lean/Six Sigma or IHI Model for Improvement training preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aligned with quality improvement and health information system initiatives
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from charter to closeout
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to define scope and success measures
  • Develop metrics, reporting frameworks, and analytics strategies
  • Mentor staff and leaders in quality improvement methodologies
  • Perform cross-functional duties as needed
