Job summary

Southlake Health Community is hiring for a support role in Newmarket, ON. The position manages receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of supplies across departments, including maintaining carousel and supply carts and reporting on stock levels.

You will perform daily audits, support Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and work with systems like LogiData, Meditech, and AllScripts Pathways Materials Management to issue, credit, and distribute items. Hybrid work and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School graduation required.
• Forklift certification (CSA/Ontario) required.
• Inventory/logistics courses or CPIM are assets.
• Minimum 2 years logistics experience in an inventory computer environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and re-order supplies/equipment to departments.
• Inspect and replace outdated supplies on carousel/carts.
• Maintain orderly supply rooms and carts; ensure stock rotation.
