Job summary

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Finance Business Manager for Chronic Kidney Disease and Ajmera Transplant Centre at Toronto General. You will oversee financial planning, performance measurement and reporting, and manage financial systems for hospital programs.

The role requires CPA or business degree with 5+ years experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication, leadership and analytical skills to support strategic expansion.

Qualifications

• CPA or business degree with relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration or recognized equivalent
• Five years related experience required
• Strong business acumen with budgeting, financial planning and performance measurement experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Financial Management—lead financial strategy and reporting for the portfolio
• Administrative Management—ensure efficient operation of the portfolio
• Productivity and Analysis—lead portfolio activity analysis
• Project/Special Project Management—manage projects within the portfolio and UHN
