Vancouver Island Health Authority Bamfield Health Centre is seeking a Casual Cleaner to support patient and facility comfort at Bamfield, BC. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks using diverse equipment, ensuring high hygiene standards in accordance with policies.

The role requires Grade 10 and at least one year of related experience or equivalent; you must be able to communicate effectively, work with others, and handle physical duties; a Criminal Record Check is required.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties.

Responsabilités

• Using a variety of specialized equipment, tools and machines, performs light and heavy cleaning duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, washing, mopping, stripping, polishing and wiping; makes beds and empties garbage in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs buildings, grounds and equipment maintenance duties.
