Job summary

EXP is seeking a Healthcare Architect in Fredericton, NB to shape patient‑centered environments with safety, function and sustainability in mind. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver healthcare facilities that improve communities.

The role requires a licensed architect with 5+ years in healthcare design, strong codes knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Bilingual English/French preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of healthcare facility design experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare building codes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics and medical offices.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, engineers and stakeholders.
• Manage projects from concept through construction and post-occupancy evaluation.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Stay current with healthcare regulations, sustainability practices and design trends.

What Your Experience Looks Like

• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in healthcare facility design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
