EXP in Fredericton, NB seeks a licensed Healthcare Architect to lead patient-centered facility design, ensuring safety, durability and sustainability. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative healthcare spaces from concept through completion.

The role requires a degree in architecture, licensure, 5+ years in healthcare design, knowledge of codes, strong CAD/Revit skills, and collaboration across stakeholders. Bilingual English/French preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
