Heidi Health Corp. is seeking an Applied AI Specialist to help healthcare practices turn AI adoption into measurable clinical and operational value.

You will independently manage a portfolio within a specialty-focused pod, building trusted relationships with executives, clinicians, and operational leaders. This quota-carrying, consultative role requires commercial judgment, product fluency, and the ability to translate customer needs into successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with evidence of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing customer relationships or workstreams independently.
• Relationship-led commercial approach with initiative to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong product intuition and ability to apply AI in real workflows.
• Technical fluency to understand implementation requirements and collaborate with engineers.
• Experience building business cases linking product capabilities to value.
• Sound judgment prioritizing work amid ambiguity and escalation when needed.
• Clear communication across clinical, operational, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships across your portfolio.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and renewal of Heidi's products and agents.
• Translate workflow challenges into practical solutions and business cases.
• Develop hands-on product fluency and assist with troubleshooting.
• Partner on implementation and align stakeholders on responsibilities and risks.
• Monitor adoption, seat utilization, and renewal visibility to maintain account health.
• Prioritize opportunities and forecast effectively within portfolio.
• Collaborate across teams and share feedback.
