Heidi, a healthtech startup, is building an AI Care Partner to support clinicians and patients by delivering a repeatable, scalable outbound engine. A diverse team of doctors, engineers, researchers, and designers collaborates to keep care human and continuous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create opportunity through disciplined outbound across calls, email, social, and product-led signals.
• Break into high-value medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders.
• Research target accounts deeply to understand workflows, incentives, and pain points.
• Deconstruct complex clinical and operational processes to surface unseen value.
• Own a defined territory and build a repeatable outbound engine with Account Executives.
• Book high-quality meetings and hand off to Account Executives.
• Continuously test messaging, targeting, and sequencing to outperform incumbents and the market.
