Job summary

Interior Health is hiring a term-specific, full-time Administrative Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the IH Quality team at the Community Health & Services Centre in Kelowna, BC. The role requires coordinating operations, facilitating inter-department communication and maintaining standard work to support program initiatives.

This term position runs until December 17, 2027, or return of the incumbent, with a salary range of $49,445 to $64,897 per annum for 1.0 FTE,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize workflow across departments to support program priorities.
• Prepare confidential correspondence, documents, presentations and spreadsheets for signature.
• Provide confidential administrative support to the Director and the department team, ensuring smooth operations.
