Chartwell Master Care LP is seeking a Health and Wellness Supervisor to lead our care team in delivering high-quality, resident-focused services that enhance well-being and quality of life.

You will oversee nursing care, monitor resident well-being, and guide Nurses and Guest Attendants while promoting wellness programs in a safe, welcoming environment. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to making life better for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in nursing or a related leadership role.
• RN/LPN in good standing with the provincial College of Nurses
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing needs
• Self-directed, accountable, and committed to professional growth
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care using the full nursing process, ensuring individual resident needs are met
• Monitor resident well-being, involve families in care decisions, and adjust priorities to address changing needs
• Lead, supervise, and support Nurses and Guest Attendants, providing guidance, training, and delegation
• Promote wellness programs, health education, and a safe, supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and external care providers
• Manage documentation, care plans, medication administration, and compliance with Chartwell policies and regulations

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable means of transportation
