Job summary

Okanagan College is seeking a Program Administrator to develop, implement, and evaluate courses, programs, and projects within Health and Social Development.

Under the Dean's direction, you will manage budgets, tuition fees, wages, and funding arrangements, while coordinating HR-related activities for new programming. The role requires strong writing, budgeting, and collaborative skills to drive quality programming and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area (business administration, project management, marketing or equivalent).
• 4–6 years related experience in post-secondary education, designing and delivering programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dean in developing and updating short and medium range programs.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures within the program budgets.
• Lead or facilitate market/feasibility assessments and financial analyses.
• Supervise staff, recruitment, orientation and training within the unit.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for program development.
• Develop and maintain effective communications across Health and Social Development.
• Promote programs and services through marketing plans and outreach.
