NATT Group is seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join the team on a full-time, 2-year contract in Napanee. The successful candidate will bring experience in construction, mining, or industrial sectors and a solid understanding of health and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.

They will promote safe work practices and support operational health and safety requirements. You will lead audits, training, and risk assessments while maintaining documentation and reporting to

Formación

• Post-secondary OH&S education or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of health and safety experience.
• CRSP/CHSC/NCSO or in progress is an asset.
• JHSC certification, First Aid/CPR/AED are assets.
• Working at Heights certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site inspections and safety enhancements.
• Support supervision to monitor safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain health and safety policies.
• Ensure activities meet policies and regulations.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Provide safety training and orientation to staff.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain documentation.
• Manage safety equipment and supplies.
• Analyze safety data and recommend actions.
• Perform related administrative tasks.
• Participate in safety initiatives and projects.
