Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager Location : On-site role in a manufacturing / industrial facility. Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-time We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and oversee our health, safety, and environmental programs in a fast-paced industrial / manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting and a strong background in people leadership , risk assessments , incident investigations , regulatory compliance , and training . Lead and manage the company’s EHS programs to ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments , safety audits, and job hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and supervisors to foster a safety-first culture. Manage and coach a team of safety professionals and collaborate with operational leadership on EHS initiatives. Maintain and update safety policies, procedures, and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary contact for external audits, inspections, and regulatory bodies. Monitor safety performance metrics and report on trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Health and Safety role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, training sessions , and incident investigations .
