Big Country Equipment Repair is seeking Field Health & Safety Advisors to support health and safety programs across Canada. This field-based role requires traveling 50–70% of the time to multiple sites, with a focus on compliance and employee well-being.

Experience in mining, construction, or oil & gas is an asset, and ISNetworld/Avetta/ComplyWorks familiarity is preferred. NCSO designation or OHS certificate is required, along with 3–5 years in a similar role.

• 3–5 years of health and safety experience
• Experience in mining, construction, or oil & gas is an asset
• Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, or similar platforms is an asset
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and related legislation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly (50–70% field time)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol screening
