A leading health authority is seeking a Health Records Clerk to ensure the accurate processing and analysis of health records. The role involves assembling and verifying patient records, requiring effective communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have a Grade 12 education and relevant experience.

Reporting to the Coordinator or designate, and under the supervision of the Supervisor Records Processing, the Health Records Clerk performs record processing and analysis duties such as assembling health records, processing discharged records, and verifying patient records for completeness, utilizing computerized systems and applications.
Grade 12 and one (1) year's recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
