Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related student support experience in post-secondary.
• Knowledge of program architecture, curriculum, and pathways.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and admission processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous/international learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrolment requirements, course scheduling, and student supports.
• Track student progression from enrolment through graduation.
• Prepare reports to monitor student outcomes and identify opportunities.
• Advise on transfer pathways and articulation with external partners.
• Lead projects related to learner pathways and program operations.
