What you’ll do

• In-Clinic orientation of clients to the service offering of Precision Health.
• Connect directly with members (in-clinic and/or virtual) to provide an overview and coaching on a new level of health awareness.
• Work with their care team to analyze and combine data from imaging, genomics, bio analytics, physical testing and wearable devices to unlock visibility across every dimension of their health. Together with the care team, you will co-create personalized, actionable health plans based on their unique individual needs, allowing them to reach their optimal health potential.
• Perform clinical skills that include VO2 Max, Body Composition, Body Movement Analysis and Fitness testing on-premises.
• Develop meaningful care plan templates that assess a variety of common goals and concerns.Train Health Coaches who will perform certain aspects of testing to ensure the highest standards of member care and safety are met.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team consisting of Dietitians, Nurse Practitioners, Technicians, and other staff to optimize member well-being.

What you bring

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics or Kinesiology and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, ideally including leadership responsibilities
• CSEP Exercise Physiologist certifications complete or in-process
• Health & Wellness Coaching experience
• Experience and interest in preventative health and education with desire for growth
• Strongly skilled in communication, interpersonal interaction, organization, and time management
• Passionate for all things technology - comfortable working with electronic medical record systems, iPads, and other state-of-the-art systems
• Passionate for problem solving and implementing technological solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Experience with leadership and training utilizing a coaching approach, or strong willingness to learn this
• Proficient in Google Suite applications

• Master’s degree considered an asset

• Current CPR Certificate

Salary Range: $24-$41

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%
