Description
As a Lead Associate, you will contribute to complex analyses and projects involving the design, measurement, analysis, and project management of employer health and group benefit programs. You will interface with carriers/vendors and client teams, help prepare client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. This role offers opportunities to grow your health and benefits business acumen, financial, project management, and communication skills by working on cutting-edge projects alongside industry leaders.
