Job Title:

Head, SBS IMPLEMENTATION

Overview:

The Sr. Director, Implementation, reporting to the VP/GM Small Business Segment (SBS), leads professional, technical, and administrative teams in the SBS Implementation function. Ensures timely and budgeted implementation of all sold business units, supports sales during presale to determine pricing and strategy, and mentors the team. Contributes to division initiatives through task forces and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Implementation Organization to ensure all units are implemented on time, within scope and budget, and achieve client satisfaction.
  2. Manage department expenses, resources, and capital, and collaborate with Finance on forecasts and reports.
  3. Work with Sales to influence purchase decisions, present strategies, provide estimates, and resolve escalated issues.
  4. Develop pricing proposals with Sales and Finance to meet organizational goals.
  5. Coordinate with Client Service and Operations for smooth account transitions and participate in strategic planning.
  6. Improve processes, communicate issues, and report on key metrics regularly.
  7. Oversee client education and training programs, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 12 years of management experience, including 3-5 years supervising large teams (25+ professionals). Experience in consulting, systems implementation, client service, HR, payroll, or financial systems is preferred. Proven leadership, mentoring, budget management, and experience in technical environments are required. Experience working with motivated sales teams and managing client/partner relationships is also essential.
