Job summary

This role requires bilingual leadership in French and English, at least five years in wellness or hospitality, and a passion for natural products. You will collaborate across departments, manage operations, and foster growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in wellness, hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the wellness, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required).
• Inspiring and collaborative leadership.
• Good physical condition and tolerance to heat (sauna, hammam, etc.).
• Strong interest in natural products, wellness traditions, and holistic health.
• Comfortable speaking in public and facilitating rituals.
• Curious, creative, and open to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Role with Guests: Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily rituals (Aufguss, meditations, sound baths, etc.) and complementary wellness experiences.
• Role with Artisans: Promote wellness culture, design internal wellness initiatives, and support local/corporate wellness projects.
• Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the ritual team; plan schedules; provide ongoing training; track performance.
• Operational Management: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency; oversee stock management; implement opening/closing procedures.
