Job summary

NFI Group is seeking a Talent & Workforce Planning Manager in Winnipeg to own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent planning programs. You will lead succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, career development, and internal mobility initiatives with strategic impact.

Reporting to the Group Director, HR, you will partner with HR business partners and leaders, translate talent data into actionable development plans, and build dashboards and analytics to guide

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, or related HR discipline.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; equivalency will be considered.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve succession planning and talent review processes including design, facilitation, documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate workforce planning with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
• Develop career development frameworks and internal mobility pathways across the organization.
• Establish and manage talent assessment frameworks and analytics to provide leaders with insights into readiness and risks.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise talent planning programs, including governance, communications and reporting.
