GEMTEC Consulting Engineers and Scientists Limited in Moncton, NB seeks a strategic Structural Division leader to guide a growing, 20-person team. You will shape division strategy, oversee project delivery, mentor leaders, and strengthen client relationships across Atlantic Canada.

This is a high-impact, leadership role in a respected employee‑owned firm. You bring 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a professional engineer designation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s in Structural Engineering is an asset.
• Eng. designation in at least one Atlantic province.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, with leadership or senior project management.
• Strong consulting background with project delivery, budgets, proposals, client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Structural Division strategy in line with GEMTEC's objectives.
• Oversee projects from proposal to completion with focus on quality, client service, and profitability.
• Provide senior technical guidance on complex structural projects and QA/QC practices.
• Lead annual budgets, resource planning, and workload management.
• Grow relationships with municipal, provincial, federal, and private-sector clients and lead key proposals.
