Job summary

ROSEN Canada is seeking a Head of Quality to lead the Quality Management System and drive operational excellence across inline inspection, data analysis, and engineering assessments. You will partner with North America leadership to embed quality throughout service delivery.

You will bring 10+ years in quality management, 5+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API 1163, CSA standards, and Canadian regulatory requirements. Hybrid role based in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree in Quality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in energy/pipeline sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing quality teams and driving performance.
• Experience managing ISO 9001-based QMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Quality Management System for ROSEN Canada.
• Drive culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Canada Quality team development and succession planning.
• Partner with North America leadership to set quality objectives and actions.
• Manage audits and quality performance evaluations across Canada business.
• Promote risk-based quality management and leading indicator programs.
