The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Outbound Sales—a senior, player-coach leader responsible for sourcing, hunting, and closing hotel group business. You’ll be tasked with building and scaling our global outbound sales engine, starting with North America, and eventually hiring reps in key markets worldwide. This is a quota-carrying position for someone who blends hands-on dealmaking with strategic leadership. We’re looking for someone who can build repeatable systems for outbound success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team with deep hospitality expertise.
  • Actively prospect and close single hotels and hotel groups, particularly in the 10–100 property range.
  • Help team members meet their quotas through mentorship and strategic support.
  • Create repeatable outbound processes and focus on relationships and results.
  • Work with inbound sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve targeting, messaging, and outcomes.
  • Deliver predictable pipeline growth from outbound that complements inbound efforts.
  • Create playbooks, sequences, training content, and reporting systems for outbound success.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Based in Canada and able to travel regularly.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience (hospitality tech strongly preferred).
  • 2+ years leading outbound sales teams at a Director+ level.
  • Hands-on experience closing complex deals ($5K–$100K range).
  • Strong understanding of hotel group sales and / or sales & catering software.
  • Experience managing remote sales teams (6+ direct reports).
  • Process-driven and metrics-oriented with a people-first sales philosophy.

Bonus :

  • Previous experience working in hospitality software.
  • HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Familiar with outbound methodologies like Predictable Revenue, social selling, ABM, and consultative sales.
  • Experience with enterprise or chain-level hotel sales.
