Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Director of Operations Analytics to lead a team of analytics professionals across Canadian Operations. You will develop and execute the analytics strategy, partner with key stakeholders, and drive data-driven decision making to support business objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and the delivery of actionable insights through BI dashboards, reports, and self-serve capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years relevant business, data, and analytics experience.
• University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proven experience leading data analytics functions delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data analytics strategy aligned with Canadian Operations objectives.
• Lead BI function delivering dashboards, scorecards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Manage reporting intake and create self-serve analytics capabilities for power users.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver on strategic objectives.
