Job summary

BGRE, Brookfield Properties' Downtown Toronto Office portfolio, seeks a senior asset management leader to drive leasing strategy, capital planning, and portfolio value. You will partner with executives to deliver operational excellence, oversight of DCF valuations, and cross-functional project execution.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial real estate, strong financial modeling, leadership, and relationship management, with proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial office real estate
• Strong knowledge of leasing, DCF valuation, property management and capex

Responsibilities

• Maximize leasing revenue for office & retail properties
• Oversee capital expenditures and project execution
• Lead acquisitions, dispositions, financings and portfolio strategies
• Develop and mentor asset management teams
• Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives
• Oversee IFRS valuations (Argus DCF) and quarterly reporting
• Support annual business plan development and forecasting
• Coordinate reporting with joint venture partners and co-owners
