Job summary

CN is seeking a Manager, Mechanical Performance Centre to lead Mechanical Remote Health Service Advisors and RTC Mechanics. You will oversee fleets, monitor online performance, manage exceptions, and ensure maintenance plans align with production schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficient operation across CN’s network. You will coordinate with NOC, shop leaders, and stakeholders to execute maintenance programs and drive KPI results while maintaining a 24/7 on-call posture

Qualifications

• Railway environment experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Mechanical Remote Health Service Advisors and RTC Mechanics.
• Oversee locomotive and railcar maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensure safe movement of railcars and alignment of safety technologies.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate with Shop Leaders for execution.
• Drive KPIs related to safety, assets dwells, and reliability.
