Jetson in North Vancouver, BC seeks a Head of Field Marketing to own our local marketing engine, including door-to-door canvassing, events, and grassroots tactics. You will recruit and lead field marketers, build playbooks, and measure ROI to scale demand across markets.

You bring 5+ years in field or local marketing, with hands-on canvassing experience, event planning, and a data-driven mindset. This role requires field presence, travel, and collaboration with Sales and Market Launch teams.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Field Marketing who believes the time is now to make a difference. This is an opportunity to join on the ground floor and build and own Jetson's local, on-the-ground marketing engine — the door-to-door canvassing, community events, and grassroots tactics that put a face on electrification in every market we serve. You'll have full ownership of how we show up in neighborhoods, at farmers markets, and everywhere homeowners spend their time, and the freedom to invent new tactics we haven't tried yet and help us scale demand across each of our local markets.

What You Will Do:

• Own and scale Jetson's door-to-door (D2D) marketing program — building the playbook, canvassing routes, scripts, and performance metrics that turn doorstep conversations into qualified leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of field marketers and canvassers (in-house and/or contracted), setting daily/weekly targets and coaching for performance.
• Plan and run Jetson-created local events — from block parties to informational sessions — designed to build awareness and trust in target neighborhoods as well as drive leads.
• Identify and secure a presence at third-party community events (farmers markets, home shows, street fairs, local sponsorships) and represent Jetson on the ground.
• Develop, test, and roll out new grassroots and field marketing tactics beyond D2D and events — flyering, referral drives, community partnerships, guerrilla marketing, and anything else that moves the needle locally.
• Own the field marketing budget and report on cost-per-lead, conversion, and ROI by market and tactic, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn't.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Market Launch teams to align field activity with market entry plans, install capacity, and broader demand-generation strategy.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years leading field, grassroots, or local/community marketing — from political campaigns (field organizing, canvassing, GOTV) or from a business scaling door-to-door or event-based marketing
• Direct, hands-on experience building and managing door-to-door or canvassing programs, including hiring, training, and performance managing a field team.
• A track record of planning and executing local events, community activations, or sponsorships that drove real, measurable results.
• An entrepreneurial, scrappy mindset — comfortable building a program from scratch and personally testing new tactics before handing them off to a team.
• Strong people leadership skills; you can recruit, motivate, and hold accountable a distributed, often part-time or seasonal, field workforce.
• Comfort with data — you track cost-per-lead and conversion by tactic and market, and you make decisions based on what the numbers say, not just instinct.
• Willingness to be out in the field regularly (not just managing from behind a desk) and to travel across Jetson's markets as the program scales.
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient.

Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
