Placements24 is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to set the technical direction and lead our global engineering teams in a fully remote executive role.

You will oversee software and hardware initiatives, drive the lifecycle from design to delivery, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years in software engineering and technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams and managing complex software development projects.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, development practices, and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
