We're looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead a talented team, define technical strategy, and build scalable, secure cloud solutions that support enterprise customers across a variety of environments.

This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys empowering engineers, partnering with customers, and influencing technology decisions that have a lasting impact.

While your primary focus will be on leadership, you'll bring the technical credibility to guide architectural direction, champion engineering best practices, and foster a culture of innovation, security, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated success leading engineering organizations as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, or similar senior leadership role, with responsibility for engineering strategy, team development, and technical delivery.
• Strong background in cloud-native platforms, modern infrastructure, and software delivery, including AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and secure, scalable architecture across cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2 or similar), secure software development, and engineering governance.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience driving AI adoption within engineering organizations, including Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, AI governance, and identifying practical opportunities to improve engineering efficiency and customer outcomes.
• A collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring engineering managers and senior technical leaders while building high-performing, engaged engineering teams that embrace innovation and continuous learning.
• Strong customer-facing and solution architecture experience, with the ability to partner with executive stakeholders, translate business goals into technology strategy, and lead complex cloud transformation initiatives across diverse customer environments.
