Job description

This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote position.

We are a product company, and we are hiring globally, specifically in Asia & the US for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Own the UX and design development of our products and new features, ensuring usability and consistency across all designs.
• Monitor signals from multiple sources (user metrics, KPIs, direct customer feedback) for directions and improvement.
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to collect data and feedback, build, and test product feature designs.
• Oversee task assignment, team collaboration, onboarding, mentoring, and the delivery progress of the design team.
• Be a self-starter and a team player keen on growing both technical and managerial skill sets within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in UX/product design for SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience aligning product/design teams to achieve excellent user experiences and company business goals in a lead role.
• Thorough understanding of design approaches, including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, and user flows. Proficiency in design-related tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Sketch, Miro).
• [Nice to have] Experience in e-commerce or tech startups.
