Job summary

Modular Solutions seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to own the architecture and governance of our data platform and how data becomes trusted reporting for clients and teams. Reporting to the CTO, the role leads data engineering, BI, analytics, and migration, and collaborates with Product and Development.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in data modelling, governance, AI-enabled analytics, and can build and lead teams while delivering scalable data solutions for a growing

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing data platforms and enterprise data models.
• 3+ years leading technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong governance, privacy, and security experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Set the data strategy and long-term roadmap for the Data function across data engineering, BI, analytics, and migration.
• Own the data and analytics platform architecture and semantic layer.
• Define and maintain analytics data models for insurance-related data.
• Collaborate with Product and Development on data design and impact analysis.
• Own metric governance and KPI definitions for reporting and AI.
