Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited seeks a Senior Manager - AI & Data Science in Brampton to lead advanced analytics initiatives across healthcare and retail analytics. You will translate complex challenges into scalable data science solutions, mentor a team of data scientists, and partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to drive impact.

Qualifications

4–5+ years in data science, AI, or advanced analytics, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
Strong proficiency in Python with ML development experience.
Experience with healthcare data (clinical, claims, patient), data quality and privacy.
Proven ability to lead AI initiatives and mentor data scientists.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of analytics and AI solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Partner with product, tech, and business teams to translate healthcare challenges into data science solutions.
Drive end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for model development and deployment.
