About The Role

Please note that this is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with full flexibility required.

Your responsibilities as a Head Housekeeper will include ensuring that you and your team maintain a spotless home for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, lead by example, plan the weekly laundry, order cleaning supplies, and stay updated on infection control procedures—all with the wellbeing of our residents in mind.

We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Equally important are your positive energy and ability to communicate kindly and considerately with residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
