Job summary

RONA in Red Deer, AB is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead front-line teams and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise storefront staff, manage cash handling, and support opening/closing procedures while training associates on company programs.

With 1 year of retail and team supervision, you will drive strong communication, problem-solving and attention to detail to keep store operations smooth and customer-focused. Accommodations available during interview if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are met
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues
• Train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
