Job summary

RONA is seeking a store supervisor to lead front-line teams and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and daily store operations while training new associates and promoting company programs. Candidates should have retail experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
