About The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our construction team. The role supports our site teams with day-to-day tasks, helps close out deficiencies, and ensures job sites run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple sites.

About The Deliverables

• Complete minor repairs and finishing work on commercial interiors
• Assist with punch list and deficiency close-out items
• Support site teams with basic construction tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
• Perform basic drywall, patching, painting, hardware installation, etc
• Pick up and deliver materials or tools when required
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors and the construction director
• Follow safety protocols at all times
  
  

About You

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in construction, interior design, or similar fields
• Owns a vehicle or has the ability to travel to sites (expenses reimbursable)
• Proven handyman or construction experience in commercial settings
• Comfortable with basic tools and repair techniques
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to lift and carry materials/tools
