Your key responsibilities will include conducting necessary construction work to address deficiencies and warranty-related issues and providing exceptional service to homeowners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new home construction, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

The successful individual will have the following qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Handyman in new home construction
• Strong knowledge of the Tarion warranty program
• Proficiency in a variety of construction trades
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
