Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Handyman/installer role serving the Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford and surrounding areas. The Handyman will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations as needed. Duties will include carpentry - rough and finish, flooring, painting, tile work, and general property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Knowledge of painting and general property maintenance
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
