Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Neenah, WI is seeking a dependable Light Carpenter to join a growing manufacturing team. You will build sales display boards, jigs, fixtures, and trade show displays while working closely with a team to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions while adapting to changing priorities. The position starts at $22.00 per hour on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience a plus.
• Previous warehouse experience a plus.
• Reliance on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Light carpentry work to build/deconstruct/reconstruct photo sets featuring company products.
• Assist in construction of tradeshow booth displays.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Quality control check of product; ability to use a caliper.
• A strong eye for attention to detail.
• Ability to assist in other areas of warehouse and production.
• Ensure work area is clean and maintained to ensure safety.
• Overtime hours may be required periodically to meet customer expectations.
• Other duties as assigned
