Job summary

Air Wise Sales Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations and lead technology initiatives including an Epicor ERP rollout.

You will support engineering, manufacturing, and shop-floor teams, coordinating with Modern Niagara and external partners to deliver reliable solutions. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong vendor management, and expertise across Microsoft 365, security, and CAD/PLM tools.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT operations experience owning site-level IT operations.
• Experience managing vendors or MSP relationships.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP environments (Epicor, Misys, Dynamics) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networks, security hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT service delivery at Air Wise: service desk coordination, endpoint support, incident resolution.
• Manage local infrastructure and shop-floor/IoT devices, including kiosks and Epicor MES components.
• Set onsite IT priorities aligned with business impact and coordinate with central teams as needed.
• Own local vendor relationships and the site-level rollout of major initiatives like ERP go-lives.
