Creation Technologies is seeking a Solderer 2 to perform standard hand soldering across products in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will apply IPC standards and handle moderately complex assemblies independently to support production flow.
The role requires 1–2+ years of hand soldering experience and a solid understanding of IPC workmanship. The site offers a collaborative team setting with emphasis on quality and safety.

The Solderer 2 performs a variety of standard hand soldering tasks across products while applying IPC standards consistently. This role contributes to team productivity and product quality through independent execution of moderately complex soldering work.
Education and Required Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience; Relevant technical certifications (e.g., IPC, J-STD, or equivalent) may be required depending on site, customer, or business requirements.
Experience: 1 to 2+ years of hand soldering electronics assembly experience.
