Job summary

Alliance Wellness in Surrey, BC is seeking a part-time Hair Stylist to perform blow outs, braids, up-dos, bridal styles and extensions on-site. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, upsell products and memberships, and participate in ongoing training to refine signature techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Ability to commute/relocate: Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education: AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• bridal hair/updos: 1 year (preferred)
• flat iron use for curls and smoothing hair: 1 year (required)
• curling wand: 1 year (required)
• hair styling: 1 year (required)
• pin set curls: 1 year (required)

Language: Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Hair Stylist Certification from a Canadian Beauty School (required)

Location: Surrey, BC (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
