Job summary

Alliance Wellness in Surrey, BC is seeking a part-time Hair Stylist to perform blow outs, braids, up-dos, bridal styles and extensions on-site. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, upsell products and memberships, and participate in ongoing training to refine signature techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends.
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in a salon environment.
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services within a designated time frame.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups to meet targeted goals.
