Job summary

Blo Blow Dry Bar Hamilton is seeking talented hairstylists to join our team. You will help clients look and feel their best, maintaining a professional yet welcoming salon atmosphere and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced setting.

We offer paid training, ongoing education, and opportunities for career advancement within Blo’s growing network of over 100 North American locations. Join us to master Blo’s signature styles and be part of a supportive, beauty-focused team.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required (Saturday at minimum; Friday or Sunday preferred).
• Passion for beauty and cosmetology industry.
• Salon experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, clean, fun and respectful salon environment.
• Participate in up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists.
• Opportunities for cross-training on additional services or advancement to senior stylist or management roles.

You Must Have:

• The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience an asset
