Job description

The Greater Victoria School District #61 is looking to hire a 0.571 FTE (TEMP) Hair Certification Program 12 teacher at Victoria High School from September 1st 2025 to June 30th 2026 .

The Greater Victoria School District provides public educational services to over 20000 students in the Greater Victoria area encompassing six municipalities. To provide this service the District has a current operating budget of $260 million and employs approximately 3500 staff which includes teachers principals and vice-principals support staff psychologists speech and language pathologists and exempt managerial staff.

Job Description and Requirements :

• BC TEACHER CERTIFICATION- Secondary
• ITA Hair Stylist Trainer Certification orin progress
• Teach ITA Hair Stylist 12 Program (2 Blocks pm in Sem 1 & Sem 2)
• Must be certified to issue ITA Red Seal Certification
