Job summary

JBS Food Canada in Calgary is seeking a HACCP ROVER responsible for Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs. You will monitor product quality, gather samples for testing, and train employees while ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent written & verbal command of English.
• Graduate in food sciences or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in FSQA programs preferred.
• Computer literacy, ideally with MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify GMPs and product quality.
• Gather samples for microbiological testing.
• Work with production on scheduling and specifications.
• Train employees on FSQA and Operations SOPs.
• Manage FSQA equipment like thermometers and scales.
